Must be quoted individually
Nail hole and crack filling services are included. Proper surface preparation and application processes using spray, roll, or brush methods, along with overspray cleaning, are provided. Prices may vary based on the apartment's condition or the urgency of the job. An additional charge applies to occupied apartments. Repairs must be approved by the property manager or supervisor when scheduling painting services. Please note that drywall and texture repairs are not included in the quoted price.
